Growth is Messy
In a recent assessment, I was low on sociability, creativeness, and communications. When I dug in, this meant that I infrequently establish on the job friendships, slow to adapt new ideas, and I avoid conversations not related to work. The truth is that this is true. “So what?” I ask. Well, as the CEO of my company, friendships and caring about employees can help buy-in, and new ideas can lead to company growth.
