Narcissistic Personality Inventory-16 (NPI-16)

The Narcissistic Personality Inventory-16 (NPI-16) is a shortened form of the NPI-40 for measuring subclinical narcissism. When situations do not allow the longer 40-item version, this 16-item version is used. The NPI-16 has been shown to have meaningful face, discriminant, internal and predicative validity.
